I believe that a quality childcare provider never sits back with ease and accepts that there is no more room for improvement. No matter how wonderful the program is, or how well trained the provider, there is always more that can be done.
We constantly evaluates our program. Regular assessments are crucial because they point to exactly what needs to be improved. We never finished learning about our work. Everyday we learn through experience, but it is also our responsibility to stay current on issues relating to child care and development, by attending conferences, joining groups, reading journals, etc.
My passion is to provide quality care to children. I strongly believe in positive attitude and involvement in early children education. My mission and priorities match my own goal of providing quality service for the children.
About Ms.Manju
I have been an active teacher in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 12 years. I have Master of Arts Degree in Economics from India (also evaluated by Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc) and have 50 units of ECE and administration from De Anza College. I have director permit and attended many workshops and conferences related to the childhood education. I have been a member of N.A.E.Y.C ,Bay area daycare member and am a current member of RAFT. Where and what I work, I love what I do. I am willing and curious to attend workshops of interest in this field. I am an active participant in the Early Childhood Teaching. After coming to United States from India, my emphasis is in the field of early childhood education. I enjoy hard work and helping needy families. Working in the field of early childhood education gives me great opportunity to make better future of the children. I am excited by the possibility of supporting your child in the field of early childhood .I look forward to the opportunity to engage in further conversation with you .
